**Remember, I will only sell them by themselves if you already have a gerbil that you are wanting a friend/mate for.
If you are adopting one gerbil to be a companion for one you already have, I will do the split cage process for you for a $15 fee. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for the process, depending on the gerbil's personality. If they are not properly introduced, the gerbils may receive severe injuries from each other or possibly even die as the result of territorial fighting. All you have to do is bring your gerbil to me in his/her tank, and I will set up everything else.
Also, if you would prefer for me to purchase and set up your gerbils' habitat before you pick them up, please let me know when you contact me so I can have it ready for you. I will purchase the tank for you and have all of the substrate, water bottle, food dish, and cardboard ready for your gerbils to go into when they go home with you. Prices will vary depending on costs of tanks at the time. Pet stores will frequently put tanks on sale for $1 per gallon, and I will search for cheapest price.
